* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 2 to 5 inches, with locally higher amounts in northerly uplsope areas of the Gallatin and Madison Valleys. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph. * WHERE...Gallatin Valley and Madison River Valley. * WHEN...From midnight tonight to noon MDT Monday. * IMPACTS...The weight of snow on tree limbs and power lines could lead to tree damage and cause sporadic power outages. The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday morning commute. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Heavy precipitation rates through the evening hours tonight will help to lower snow levels to the valley floors by the early morning hours on Monday. Should these snow levels fall sooner than what is currently forecasted then there is the potential for snowfall amounts to be significantly higher.
