north of Powder River Pass; 4 to 8 inches south of Powder River
Pass. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph.
* WHERE...Bighorn Mountains Southeast and Bighorn Mountains West.
* WHEN...From 6 AM to 6 PM MDT Monday.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be difficult, including over Powder River
and Granite Passes.
