* WHAT...For the Wind Advisory, west winds 25 to 30 mph with gusts
around 50 mph. For the Frost Advisory, temperatures near freezing
for several hours with areas of frost late tonight into Wednesday
morning.
* WHERE...Southeast Michigan.
* WHEN...For the Wind Advisory, until 6 PM EDT this evening. For the
Frost Advisory, from 2 AM to 8 AM EDT Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds could damage unsecured objects. Tree limbs
could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
Colder air moving in late tonight could harm sensitive outdoor
vegetation. Sensitive outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.

Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high
profile vehicles. Use extra caution.
