Description:
At 656 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 6 miles south of Falmouth to near Bryan
Station. Movement was northeast at 50 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
Lexington, Paris, Cynthiana, Carlisle, Bryan Station, Thoroughbred
Acres, Breckinridge, Millersburg, North Middletown, and Berry.
Instruction:
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

office in Louisville.
A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 100 AM EDT for
central Kentucky.
