IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Hail may cause minor damage to vegetation. Locations impacted include... Minerva, Redoak, Lake Waynoka, Dover, Russellville, Ripley, Decatur, Cherry Fork, South Ripley, Chatham, State Route 32 at US Route 62, Stoney Point, Aa Highway at State Route 19, and Winchester.
