Description:
At 540 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located over Darrtown,
moving east at 25 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 45 mph and penny size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Hail may cause minor damage to
vegetation.
Locations impacted include...
Franklin, Hughes, State Route 63 at State Route 741, Seven Mile,
Williamsdale, Collinsville, Carlisle, Maustown, South Middletown,
Mcgonigle, Four Bridges, Hamilton, Middletown, Millville, Somerville,
Oxford, New Miami, Hunter, Hageman, and Monroe.
This includes I-75 in Ohio between mile markers 25 and 39.
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a sturdy building.
A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until midnight EDT for
southwestern and west central Ohio.
