At 336 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near Owenton, moving east at 40 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Hail may cause minor damage to vegetation. Locations impacted include... Goforth, Stewartsville, Dry Ridge, Greenwood, Cherry Grove, Williamstown, Williamstown Lake, Knoxville, Kincaid Lake State Park, Morgan, Marcus, Twin Bridges, Keefer, Catawba, Camp Northward, Needmore, Gene Snyder Airport, Falmouth, Holbrook, and Lawrenceville. This includes I-75 in Kentucky between mile markers 147 and 160. If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a sturdy building. A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 700 PM EDT for northern Kentucky.
