Description:
At 1251 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore to 7
miles southwest of Nahma. Movement was northeast at 80 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.

Newberry, M-94 between Steuben and Manistique, Chicago Lake, Cusino
Lake, Grand Marais, Indian Lake State Park, Pine Stump Junction,
Fayette, Germfask, Manistique, Grand Sable Dunes, Garden Corners,
Helmer, Deer Park, Soo Junction, Four Mile Corner, Dollarville, Betsy
Lake, Thompson, and Crisp Point.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with these storms.
