HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and areas of blowing dust. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Blowing dust may result in brief reductions in visibility. Locations impacted include... Meadow, Lubbock South Plains Mall, Smyer, Ropesville, Wolfforth, Texas Tech University, Locketville, Slide, Downtown Lubbock, New Home, Lubbock, Woodrow, Lubbock Science Spectrum, and Reese Center.
