line extending from 4 miles south of Alma to 5 miles northeast of
Lavaca. Movement was northeast at 40 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down small tree limbs and blow
around unsecured objects.
