Description:
At 559 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Benjamin,
moving east at 20 mph.
THIS IS A DESTRUCTIVE STORM FOR BENJAMIN.
HAZARD...90 mph wind gusts and three inch hail.
SOURCE...A personal weather station in Benjamin recorded a 95 mph
wind gust.
IMPACT...You are in a life-threatening situation. Flying debris may
be deadly to those caught without shelter. Mobile homes
will be heavily damaged or destroyed. Homes and businesses
will have substantial roof and window damage. Expect
extensive tree damage and power outages.

Benjamin, Gilliland, and Truscott.
Instruction:
Remain alert for a possible tornado! Tornadoes can develop quickly
from severe thunderstorms.
This is a potentially deadly storm. Seek shelter in an interior room
on the lowest floor of a well-built structure. Abandon vehicles in
search of a more substantial permanent structure. Stay away from
windows.
