* At 628 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Goodhue, or
11 miles south of Red Wing, moving east at 45 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and small hail.

IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

Red Wing, Durand, Goodhue, Pepin, Plum City, Stockholm, Frontenac,
Wacouta, Bellechester, Frontenac State Park, Central Point,
Porcupine, Ella and Arkansaw.
Instruction:
Seek shelter inside a well-built structure and stay away from
windows. This storm is capable of producing damaging winds.
Tornadoes can develop quickly from severe thunderstorms. Seek
shelter immediately in an interior room on the lowest floor of a
well-built structure.

southeast Minnesota and west central Wisconsin.
