Description:
At 637 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 10 miles south of
Ragland, or 33 miles northeast of Fort Sumner, moving east at 20 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and half dollar size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage
to roofs, siding, and trees.

Instruction:
Seek shelter inside a well-built structure and stay away from
windows. This storm is capable of producing damaging winds and large
hail.
A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 900 PM MDT Friday for a
portion of east central New Mexico.
