* AFFECTED AREA...Fire Weather Zone 224.
* WINDS...Southwest 30 to 40 mph with gusts up to 55 mph. Strongest
winds are expected on Sunday, with southwest winds gusting up
to 40 mph on Monday.
* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 9 percent.
* IMPACTS...Elevated fire danger is expected. Fires will catch
and spread rapidly and erratically.
