GUSTY WINDS, LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY AND DRY FUELS FOR FIRE WEATHER
ZONE 203 AND 205 BELOW 7000 FEET, AND FOR FIRE WEATHER ZONES 207
AND 292...
.With sunset, the winds are subsiding, temperatures are cooling
and the RH is recovering at this time. The Red Flag Warnings will
expire at 8 PM, but the Red Flag Warnings for Saturday remain in
effect.
* AFFECTED AREA...In Colorado, Fire Weather Zone 207 Southwest
Colorado Lower Forecast Area and Fire Weather Zone 292 North
Fork Forecast Area.
* TIMING...For the Red Flag Warning, from noon to 8 PM MDT
Saturday. For the Fire Weather Watch, from Sunday afternoon
through Sunday evening.
* WINDS...South 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 45 mph.
* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...7 to 12 percent.
* IMPACTS...Fires will catch and spread quickly. Exercise
extreme caution with any outdoor burning.
