southeast New Mexico.

* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines.
Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult,
especially for high profile vehicles.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Blowing dust may reduce visibility below 2
miles at times, especially from near Socorro to Ruidoso and Clines
Corners.
