* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.
* WHERE...Portions of north central, northeast, and south central
Texas, including the following counties, in north central Texas,
Collin, Dallas, Ellis, Fannin, Freestone, Grayson, Hunt, Kaufman,
Limestone, Navarro and Rockwall. In northeast Texas, Anderson,
Delta, Henderson, Hopkins, Lamar, Leon, Rains and Van Zandt. In
south central Texas, Robertson.
* WHEN...Until 1 AM CDT Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Additional rainfall totals of 1-2 inches, with isolated
higher amounts up to 2.5 inches across East Texas.
