* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...Portions of north central and northeast Texas, including the following counties, in north central Texas, Collin, Cooke, Denton, Fannin, Grayson, Hunt, Jack, Montague, Wise and Young. In northeast Texas, Delta, Hopkins and Lamar. * WHEN...Through Thursday morning. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor-drainage and urban areas. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches, with isolated higher amounts up to 5 to 6 inches.
