possible.
* WHERE...Haskell and Throckmorton counties
* WHEN...Through this evening.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Roadways may become flooded and impassable.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Another round of thunderstorms appears likely across the
northern Big Country this afternoon, falling across soils
that are already saturated from recent heavy rainfall. Storms
may produce another 1 to 2 inches of rain and will quickly
run off into creeks and streams. Fields will fill and flood
across area roadways.
