For the Neches River...including Alto...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Neches River near Alto. * WHEN...From Monday afternoon until further notice. * IMPACTS...At 18.0 feet, Expect flooding of the heavily wooded floodplain. Boat ramps and picnic areas will be completely inundated. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 2:15 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 12.6 feet. - Bankfull stage is 16.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 17.3 feet early Tuesday afternoon.
