* IMPACTS...At 15.0 feet, Minor out of bank flooding will occur.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1:45 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 16.0 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 15.0 feet.
- Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
this evening and continue falling to 5.4 feet early Tuesday
afternoon.
