Description:
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...Portions of central and southern Oklahoma, including the
following counties, in central Oklahoma, Cleveland, Grady and
McClain. In southern Oklahoma, Carter, Garvin, Jefferson, Murray
and Stephens.
* WHEN...Until 900 AM CDT Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is still occurring. Numerous roads
remain closed or impassable due to flooding. Streams continue to
be flooded due to excess runoff from rainfall this morning. It
will take several hours for all the water to work through local
drainage systems.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 853 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms that occurred this morning and over the
previous few days. Flooding is ongoing in the warned area.

Far southwestern Oklahoma City, southwestern Norman, Moore,
Duncan, Chickasha, Newcastle, Blanchard, Purcell, Marlow,
Waurika, Noble, Slaughterville, Lindsay, Lexington, Goldsby,
Comanche, Maysville, Rush Springs, Bray and Dibble.

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
