Counties.
* WHAT...Moderate flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...Washita River near Pauls Valley.
* WHEN...From this evening to early tomorrow afternoon.
* IMPACTS...At 31.0 feet, areas upstream of Pauls Valley in Garvin
County are affected by varied depths depths two or more feet.
Flooding of rural lands near Maysville in western Garvin County
begins hours the crest reaches the rural areas near Pauls Valley
area.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 7:45 AM CDT Wednesday the stage was 16.6 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 29.0 feet.
- Forecast...The Washita River is expected to rise above flood
stage late this evening to a crest of 31.0 feet just after
midnight tonight. It will then fall below flood stage
tomorrow morning.
