counties, Creek, Osage and Pawnee.
* WHEN...Until 1245 PM CDT Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 350 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms, but the heavy rain has ended. Flooding of low-
lying areas as well as creeks and streams is likely
continuing. Between 1.5 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen.
