For the Lower White River...including Newport, Augusta, Georgetown, Des Arc, Clarendon...Moderate flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE...White River at Des Arc. * WHEN...Until further notice. * IMPACTS...At 27.0 feet, Water is backing up Bayou Des Arc and Cypress Bayou.
