Farm and ranch land adjacent to the river will flood, and a few rural roads may be affected. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:15 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 15.4 feet. - Bankfull stage is 16.0 feet. - Flood stage is 16.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 16.0 feet early tomorrow afternoon.
