For the Lower White River...including Newport, Augusta, Georgetown, Des Arc, Clarendon...Moderate flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE...White River at Des Arc. * WHEN...Until further notice. * IMPACTS...At 21.0 feet, Minor flooding of farmlands within the levees. At 24.0 feet, Many acres of farmland flooded within the levees. Water is backing up Bayou Des Arc and Cypress Bayou. At 27.0 feet, Water is backing up Bayou Des Arc and Cypress Bayou.
