* WHERE...Mississippi River above Tiptonville.
* WHEN...Until late tonight.
* IMPACTS...At 39.0 feet, In Tennessee, water begins to flood
Tiptonville Ferry Road, Barr Road, and the farmland east of
Tiptonville Ferry Road.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 11:00 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 37.5 feet.
