* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of central Texas, including the following county, McLennan. * WHEN...Until 700 PM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Some low-water crossings may become impassable. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will likely cause urban and small stream flooding. Low lying and/or poor drainage areas will experience minor flooding in the advisory area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Waco, Hewitt, Robinson, Bellmead, Woodway, Lacy-Lakeview, McGregor, Mart, Beverly Hills, Lorena, Bruceville-Eddy, Moody, Riesel, Crawford, Golinda, Hallsburg, Lake Waco, Northcrest, Lake Creek Lake and Tradinghouse Creek Reservoir.
Instruction: 
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
