* WHEN...Until early Wednesday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...At 41.0 feet, In Mississippi, farm buildings inside the
levee southwest of Friars Point are beginning to flood.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 9:00 PM CDT Monday the stage was 41.3 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to fall to 17.3 feet Monday,
