* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...A portion of southeast Georgia, including the following counties, Long and McIntosh. * WHEN...Until 645 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 614 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms with torrential rainfall along the McIntosh County coast with light to moderate rain persisting across the remainder of McIntosh County into southeast Long County. As much as 1 to 3 inches of rain has fallen this morning. An additional 0.5 to 1 inch will be possible through 645 AM. The risk for minor flooding of low-lying and poor drainage areas continues. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Darien, Tibet, Townsend, Eulonia, Cox, Carnigan, Ridgeville, Meridian, Valona and Wolf Island.
