Description:
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of southwest Missouri, including the following
counties, Ozark and Taney.
* WHEN...Until 215 PM CDT Sunday.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 812 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2.5 inches of
rain have fallen.
- This includes the following low water crossings...
Pond Fork at County Road 883, Possum Walk Creek at Highway T,
Spring Creek at County Road 349, Little North Fork at Haskins
Ford Road, Lick Creek at County Road 528, Little North Fork
River at County Road 916 and Turkey Creek at County Road 830.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Forsyth, Gainesville, Taneyville, Bakersfield, Kissee Mills,
Theodosia, Pontiac, Sundown, Isabella, Thornfield, Long Run,
Noble, Willhoit, Rueter, Protem, Hardenville, Zanoni,
Bradleyville, Tecumseh, Sycamore, Udall, Bull Shoals Lake,
Norfork Lake and Lake Taneycomo.

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Many flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
