elevated river levels are forecast.
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Mississippi River at Memphis.
* WHEN...From this morning to Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...At 34.0 feet, In Arkansas, the camp on Robinson Road
right inside the levee is totally flooded. Roads to industries
inside the levee south of West Memphis are flooding.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 9:00 AM CDT Friday the stage was 33.8 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to fall to 9.1 feet Friday,
May 16.
- Action stage is 28.0 feet.
