* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...A portion of west central Texas, including the following counties, Brown and Coleman. * WHEN...Until 200 PM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1251 PM CDT, While rain has ended, Between 1 and 2.25 inches of rain have fallen in Brown county, along and south of a Bangs to Brownwood to Blanket line since 1130 AM. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Street flooding was reported in Brownwood. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Brownwood, Coleman, Early, Santa Anna, Bangs, Blanket, Lake Brownwood, Lake Brownwood Near Thrifty, Grosvenor, Lake Brownwood State Park, Byrds, Camp Bowie, Trickham, Brookesmith, Zephyr, Thrifty, Owens, Echo, Indian Creek and Fisk. - This includes the following Low Water Crossings...
