* WHAT...Arroyo and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...A portion of west central Texas, including the following counties, Brown, Callahan and Coleman. * WHEN...Until 100 PM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1149 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms between Rising Star and May in northeast Brown county, moving east at 20 mph. This will cause arroyo and small stream flooding. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1/2 inch are expected are expected near May. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Cross Plains, Rowden, Burkett, Cross Cut, Atwell, May, Admiral, Us-283 Near The Coleman-Callahan County Line and Lake Coleman. - This includes the following Low Water Crossings...
