Description:
* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive
rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of west central Texas, including the following
counties, Brown and Coleman.
* WHEN...Until 200 PM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1105 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms from Cross Cut to Santa Anna to Trickham moving
northeast at 20 mph. More storm were developing over
Brownwood. This band of storms will move moving across Brown
county, including Brownwood. This will cause urban and small
stream flooding. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts up to 2 inches are expected over
the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.

Brownwood, Coleman, Early, Santa Anna, Bangs, Blanket, Lake
Brownwood, Lake Brownwood Near Thrifty, Grosvenor, Lake
Brownwood State Park, Byrds, Camp Bowie, Trickham,
Brookesmith, Zephyr, Thrifty, Owens, Echo, Indian Creek and
Fisk.

Romines, Good Shephard at 11th, Magnolia at Belmeade, Indian
Creek at 9th, Willis at Belmeade, 4th Street at Wood, Cordell
