* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of south central Texas, including the following county, Fayette. * WHEN...Until 1030 AM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 725 AM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 4 inches of rain have fallen, with an isolated pocket up to 5 inches just northeast of La Grange. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... La Grange, Schulenburg, Flatonia, Fayetteville, Round Top, Muldoon, Mullins Prairie, Ammannsville, Holman, Swiss Alp, Rutersville, Rabbs Prairie, Dubina, O'Quinn, Plum, Freyburg, Ellinger, High Hill, Walhalla and Warrenton. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
