Tarrant County in north central Texas...
* Until 515 PM CDT.
* At 403 PM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between
1.5 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall
amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches are forecast. Flash flooding is
ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
SOURCE...Radar and automated gauges.
IMPACT...Flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
highways, streets, and underpasses as well as other
poor drainage and low lying areas.

Dallas, Fort Worth, Arlington, Irving, Grand Prairie, Carrollton,
Lewisville, Flower Mound, Euless, Bedford, Grapevine, Haltom City,
Keller, Coppell, Hurst, Farmers Branch, Southlake, Watauga,
Colleyville and Benbrook.
Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
