Description:
At 659 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms had moved out
of the warned area. However, between 1 and 3 inches of rain have
fallen and some flash flooding is ongoing.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor
drainage and low-lying areas.
