* At 1256 PM MDT, an area of blowing dust was over Tornillo.
HAZARD...Less than a quarter mile visibility with strong winds up
to 40 mph.
SOURCE...Department of Transportation Traffic Cameras.
IMPACT...Dangerous life-threatening travel.
* This includes Interstate 10 in Texas between mile markers 34 and
62.

Instruction:
Dust storms lead to dangerous driving conditions with visibility
