For the High Wind Warning, southwest winds 35 to 45 mph with gusts up to 60 mph expected. * WHERE...Central Highlands and Johnson and Bartlett Mesas Including Raton Pass. * WHEN...For the Dense Fog Advisory, until 10 AM MDT this morning. For the High Wind Warning, from noon to 8 PM MDT Sunday. * IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines. Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Dense fog will impact Interstate 25 at Raton Pass and portions of U.S. Highway 64/87.
